How It Works

Reserve Your Trailer Online or by Phone
Call or message us to check availability and reserve the trailer you need. We’ll confirm details including rental dates, trailer type, and pickup/drop-off times.


1.) Submit Your Documents

  • Send us a clear copy of your:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current insurance card
  • Please note: It is required to purchase trailer insurance
  • Sign Electronically via DocuSign
  • We’ll email you a digital rental agreement using DocuSign. You can review and sign the contract from your phone, tablet, or computer—no printing or scanning required.
  • Make Payment Electronically
    Once the agreement is signed, we’ll send you a secure electronic invoice.
  • You can pay using:
  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other contactless options (upon request)


2.) Receive Pickup Details Securely

  • After the contract and payment have been received, we will send you:
  • The trailer pickup address
  • The lockbox code for the trailer key or hitch lock
    This ensures a smooth and secure contactless handoff.



Pickup or Delivery Options

Self Pickup: Follow the instructions provided to hook up your trailer at your scheduled time.


Delivery Available

We also offer trailer delivery to your location (within a set radius—fees may apply).


Drop-Off and Inspection
Return the trailer at the scheduled time. A walkaround inspection will be done virtually or after drop-off. If all is in order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

Early Drop-Off: Trailer delivered  Friday morning  by 8:00 AM to your location


We handle the Dumping: Load it—we pick it up by 2:30 PM on Saturday.

Garage clean-outs and more!


Important: The transfer station closes at 4:00 PM. Trailers must be fully loaded and ready by 2:30 PM for same-day dumping.
