We inspect each trailer before pickup to ensure it's road-ready and safe. Please review all terms carefully to avoid delays or additional fees.

Refund Policy

If your rental is canceled or returned early due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be available depending on the timing and condition of the trailer. Refunds are processed promptly, but certain fees—such as damage or late return charges—may apply. Please contact our team with any questions about your eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we get it! That’s why we offer flexible cancellation options. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge, especially during peak rental periods. Our team is here to help reschedule or adjust your booking whenever possible.
